1. Scope

These terms govern your use of dnmventures.in, operated by DNM Ventures Private Limited, DNM Corporate House, 7th Floor, Tower B, Marol Industrial Estate, Andheri East, Mumbai 400059, Maharashtra, India. Brand-specific service terms are provided at the point of booking or in your signed engagement agreement and prevail over these terms where they conflict.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, scrape content at volumes that degrade service, or misrepresent your identity in enquiry submissions.

Content, marks and imagery on this site belong to DNM Ventures or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

3. Accuracy of published information

Prices, turnaround times, investment ranges and performance figures published here are accurate at the time of publication and are indicative. Binding figures are those stated in your quotation, order confirmation or engagement agreement.

Franchise investment and payback ranges describe observed outcomes at existing units. They are not a projection or guarantee of your results.

4. Service bookings

A Dry 2 Clean booking becomes a contract when we confirm collection. Garment care, turnaround and liability terms are set out in the service terms provided at booking and in our garment care policy.

You are responsible for declaring items of exceptional value before collection so they can be handled on the specialist line.

5. Consulting engagements

Franchise Solutions engagements are governed by a signed statement of work defining scope, fees, milestones and confidentiality. Deliverables are licensed for the client's internal use and may not be resold.

We do not accept commissions from franchise candidates, brokers or vendors introduced during an engagement.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from website use is limited to ₹10,000. Liability arising from a service or engagement is limited as set out in the applicable service terms or statement of work.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
