DNM Ventures Private Limited (CIN U74999MH2016PTC284517), registered at DNM Corporate House, 7th Floor, Tower B, Marol Industrial Estate, Andheri East, Mumbai 400059, Maharashtra, India, is the data controller for information collected through this website and through the services of its brands, Dry 2 Clean and Franchise Solutions.

2. What we collect
Contact details you submit through enquiry forms: name, email address, phone number and city.
The content of your enquiry, the page you submitted it from, and the brand and branch it was routed to.
Service records where you are a Dry 2 Clean customer: order history, garment records, pickup addresses and payment status.
Engagement records where you are a Franchise Solutions client, including commercial data you share with us under the engagement agreement.
Basic technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and aggregate analytics.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and route it to the responsible team.
To deliver services you have requested and to manage the resulting contract.
To meet legal, tax and audit obligations under Indian law.
To improve our services using aggregated, non-identifying analysis.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third-party marketers.
4. Who can see it
Enquiry records are visible to the brand and branch team responsible for responding, and to group administrators. Access is enforced by role-based controls in our systems, not by policy alone.
Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our hosting, payment and communication providers, act under contract and may not use the data for their own purposes.
We disclose information to authorities only where legally compelled.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry records: 24 months from last contact.
Customer service records: 7 years, as required for tax and accounting.
Consulting engagement records: 7 years from engagement close.
Recruitment records for unsuccessful candidates: 12 months, unless you ask us to keep them longer.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal or contractual obligation requires retention.
Send requests to corporate@dnmventures.in. We will confirm the outcome within thirty days.
7. Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, access restricted by role, and audit logging on administrative actions.
No system is absolutely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
8. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The revision date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and material changes are announced on the website.
