Responsibility

Commitments we can actually measure

Our responsibility programme is limited to three areas where the business genuinely has leverage: skilling frontline workers, reducing water and chemical impact, and expanding women's employment in processing roles.

Focus areas

Three programmes, run continuously

Frontline skilling

The Operations Academy runs a free 12-day certification in garment handling, chemical safety, machine operation and customer service. It is open to candidates outside the network, and around a third of graduates take jobs elsewhere in the industry.

Water and effluent stewardship

All group-operated hubs run water recycling that returns up to 62 percent of process water to non-critical cycles. Effluent is treated before discharge and chemical inventories are restricted to a biodegradable approved list.

Women in processing roles

Processing floors historically employ very few women. We set a 40 percent target for new processing hires, backed by shift design, transport support for late shifts and a documented workplace safety policy.
